2. BOOKING & PAYMENT
Reservations
All bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of a signed Service Agreement and retainer payment. No date is reserved until both are received. BPC reserves the right to decline any booking at its sole discretion.
Retainer & Balance
• A non-refundable, non-transferable retainer is required to hold your date. The retainer amount will be specified in your individual Service Agreement.
• The remaining balance is due in full no later than 30 days prior to the service date.
• BPC is not responsible for reminding Client of upcoming due dates.
• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card and ACH transfer.
Late Payments
If full payment is not received 21 days prior to the scheduled start date, BPC reserves the right to immediately terminate the Agreement, retain all monies already paid, and not attend the event.
Extended Hours
Should the actual service end time extend more than 30 minutes beyond the contracted end time, Client agrees to pay $50 per additional 30 minutes. BPC will issue an invoice payable within 7 days.
---
3. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
All payments, including the retainer, are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, regardless of the reason or timing.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made in writing. BPC will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling but cannot guarantee availability.
---
4. PET HEALTH & SAFETY
Vaccination Requirements
For the safety of all pets in our care, all dogs must be current on the following vaccinations prior to services:
• Rabies
• DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza)
• Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
Proof of vaccination from a licensed veterinarian may be required before services begin. BPC does not accept dogs that are unvaccinated or overdue on required vaccines.
General Health Requirements
Dogs must also be:
• Free of fleas, ticks, and contagious illnesses
• In overall good health at the time of service
• Female dogs must not be in heat at the time of service. If a dog comes into heat during a booking, services may be modified or discontinued.
If a dog shows signs of illness (including but not limited to coughing, vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, or unusual behavior), services may be declined or discontinued for the safety of all animals.
Veterinary Authorization
In the event of a medical emergency, BPC is authorized to seek emergency veterinary care at the nearest available facility. Client is responsible for all veterinary costs incurred. BPC will make every effort to contact the Client prior to treatment. If the Client or emergency contact cannot be reached, BPC is authorized to make emergency decisions in the best interest of the pet.
Pet CPR & First Aid
BPC staff hold current Pet CPR & First Aid certification and will respond appropriately in emergency situations. However, BPC does not guarantee specific outcomes and is not liable for injury or illness that occurs despite reasonable care.
---
5. PET BEHAVIOR DISCLOSURE
Client must disclose any history of aggression, biting, anxiety, or reactivity prior to booking. Failure to disclose known behavioral issues may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
BPC does not guarantee the behavior, participation, or cooperation of any pet during an event or service. Client assumes all risk associated with their pet's behavior.

Bueno Pet Concierge LLC is not liable for:
• Injury, illness, death, or loss of a pet resulting from pre-existing conditions or undisclosed health issues
• Damage to personal property caused by a pet
• Escape, injury, or death of a pet unless caused by gross negligence on the part of BPC
• Circumstances beyond BPC's reasonable control, including severe weather, hurricanes, tropical storms, natural disasters, or venue closures
